Music is, or should be, always an occasion for joy. As in the Middle Ages people lived the present moment with intensity, the feelings triggered by medieval music should be more sincere than those related to the range of delights, let’s say, modern. Of course, the simple rule of three does not work in all situations, but at least those in the picture, the members of the band Nomen Est Omen, enjoy very much what they do, respectively the interpretation equivalent to keeping alive the music of the Middle Ages, a period about which Umberto Eco said it wasn’t over yet. The relevant things continue, in one form or another, their existence even after the closing of the chapters dedicated to them.
